My educational background includes a master’s degree in Language Teaching, a teaching degree in English and Portuguese, and a Specialization in English. I also have an SIT – TESOL Certificate.

I have taught students from a variety of cultures and generations. Not only that, but I also have taught at a university and language schools, where I could develop teaching materials, coach new student teachers on teaching methodology and my peers on the use of technology.

I believe that being a friendly, caring and committed teacher helps to create a positive classroom atmosphere, so learning can take place. I like to plan my classes with art, music, and activities that can foster a feeling of involvement so that both my students and I can enjoy them.

Mi formación profesional incluye un Máster en Letras, una especialización en lengua inglesa y una licenciatura en Letras con inglés. También poseo el certificado internacional de enseñanza SIT - TESOL Certificate.

He enseñado a estudiantes de muchas generaciones y culturas diferentes. Tengo larga experiencia: he enseñado en una universidad, he tenido alumnos particulares y también he enseñado en escuelas de idiomas (inglés y portugués como lenguas adicionales). Allí pude desarrollar materiales didácticos, orientar a profesores en formación y utilizar la tecnología para apoyar el desarrollo de las habilidades del siglo XXI (colaboración, comunicación, pensamiento crítico y creatividad).

Me gusta planificar mis clases en torno al arte, la música, los vídeos y una buena conversación, buscando crear un clima favorable al aprendizaje.
